My goodness, we don't know where to start. Having Nicole as our realtor was AMAZING..!!! First of all she is the most kind and caring person I have known. Very easy to work with. As first time home buyers, we knew we needed a real estate agent who had market knowledge, clear communication skills, and our best interest mind. Nicole fit the bill--and then some! She was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying process and always had our back. There was an issue that arose (from the seller) two weeks before closing and Nicole utilized her negotiation skills to get everything resolved.
