No words could express my gratitude to you. You've been very amazing and wonderful throughout the entire time we worked together. You went above and beyond to walk with me step by step, made sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiation process. Furthermore, you always anticipated my needs and met them all with a smile on your face. You truly made the selling of my home seamless and worry free. I've been truly blessed to have you as my realtor. Most importantly too, I found a friend in you! I cannot recommend you highly enough for all your tireless effort. So... where do I begin? Well buying my first home journey was a very interesting and definitely a learning experience with COVID. The one person who made it so easy to stay on the road to success, was my realtor Nicole Meding. She is amazing and nothing short of the best! Not only is her customer service top of the line but she made sure I knew everything about my purchase and always answered all of my of questions! I could not have found a better realtor without my finance person referring me to her. I would recommend Nicole to anyone buying or selling.

Look no further....Nicole truly is the BEST real estate agent EVER! She is a very professional, confident, and intelligent person who goes above and beyond the call of duty! But it was her compassionate and authentic nature that won our trust. Selling our beautiful home where we raised our three sons was very emotional for me, and Nicole was so patient and understanding through the whole process. Most realtors would have run from me! (LOL) We have bought and sold homes in the past and it has always been incredibly stressful, but Nicole's expertise in real estate and excellent communication made an experience we were dreading seem effortless and pleasant!! I am a first time home buyer and I had no clue where to begin or what to look for. All I knew is what I wanted and meeting Nicole was one of the best experience in my life! She took me under her wing and explained the whole buying process to me and my husband from being to end. Whenever, I needed her or had questions. I could text, email or call and she would respond right away to take care of me even if she didn't have the answer at that very moment she would let me know she was looking into it and would get right back to me right away. I can honestly she we had some bumps and bruises along the way. But Nicole was right there with us from being to end fighting all our battles for us. My husband refers to her as a "pit bull in a skirt". Because no matter how difficult the situation was or trying the task might have been. Nicole was right there to look into it and take care of it for us right away. An because of her I now own a beautiful just built new home that me and my family can enjoy for many years to come.
