You were an excellent real estate agent . You were extremely helpful to us in following through with all phases of selling the apartment building. Nicole, you gave us advice in how to show the building to its best advantage. If we had a question or ran into a problem you helped us you by responding promptly. Even after the closing was over and we were no longer the owners, you helped the tenants when their power was shut off. You made sure everything was fine for the tenants.
