I live out of state and it is a daunting task to try and sell a property long distance. Nicole is very knowledgeable and understands the local housing market inside and out.She was extremely patient with my multitude of questions. She continually addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. From the very beginning, she was very hands on. She spent an enormous amount of time ensuring my property was the very best it could be for sale. She is one of the most ethical and honest people I have met in a long time. She worked tirelessly to secure a quick, smooth and fair sale for both parties. She treated and cared for my property like it was her very own. I could not have asked for a better result.My house had a solid offer within just over a week and closed within a month.
