I could not have gotten a better agent. Nicole went way above and beyond to assist with the purchase of my home. She worked relentlessly to keep me updated on the progress of things and was always available to deal with my concerns. The only unfortunate thing is there are only5 stars as she is a 10!!!! In my life time I have purchased many homes and interacted with many sales representatives. Most of them have been pretty good, but I have never met one like Nicole,. This lady goes beyond the call of duty to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. She is so knowledgeable in her field. She knows how to make things work in your favor and keep you peaceful in the process of the home purchase. She is there for you with whatever you need help with. For example I have back issues and was not able to budget in the cost for my new purchase to be cleaned. Nicole came over and clean the major areas of my condo. I was in amazement! No actually I was shocked! I have never in my 62 years ever experienced this. Nicole is definitely sent from God and was a blessing to me! She was my angel sent from heaven! Thanks again for all of your help.
