Our Realtor Nicole Medding, Needs a 10 Star ! She is very professional, helpful realtor. Her expertise in real estate , and her magnetism. i met Nicole, when she sold my daughter 's home 2 yrs. ago. I was SO impressed with her, I recommended other clients to her, they Loved her ! When we decided to put our house on the market.......We knew to call Nicole . We lived in our custom home for 29 yrs. We had naturally, felt overwhelmed, "Where do we start ?!" " How do we stage the house ?'' With Nicole right on board , she stepped up to plate and guided us through ! She is a blessing !! Baird Warner is so fortunate to have a girl like her ! ********** !

Nicole Meding recently helped us buy a house in Frankfort. We definitely give 5 stars to Nicole. She is relentless in providing awesome customer service and is a true real estate professional. She went the extra mile when we put an offer on a house that we ended up not buying and then quickly helped us pivot to looking at different houses. Then when we found the house we did buy, Nicole expertly helped us through the buying process and was always available to answer questions and provide extra support. We are very pleased with our new Frankfort house and very pleased that Nicole helped us get there so quickly. We will absolutely recommend her to others for real estate work.

Our house didn't want to be sold. The smoke detectors went off during a showing to a firefighter, a trampoline went flying thru our backyard when there was a showing to a family, and funding didn't go thru for another. Fate stepped in when a young family came for a second showing. Their agent was ill, and Nicole offered to cover. She sealed the deal at a great price, our home was happy and so were we.
