She really cared about us, understood our needs and kept us apprised throughout. Our home went into contract after a few days of listing for above asking price. I live out of state and it is a daunting task to try and sell a property long distance. Nicole is very knowledgeable and understands the local housing market inside and out.She was extremely patient with my multitude of questions. She continually addressed all of my concerns and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. From the very beginning, she was very hands on. She spent an enormous amount of time ensuring my property was the very best it could be for sale. She is one of the most ethical and honest people I have met in a long time. Goodness, where do I start? I could not have been more pleased with Nicole's performance nor could I have asked for a better representative and mentor in the home buying process. Nicole recently aided me in my first home buying process. I had been house hunting for quite some time trying to hone in on exactly what area I wanted to buy in and what kind of home and property set up best suited my lifestyle.
