Refuse to believe I could have found a better realtor. Nicole is unbelievably amazing at her job. Her personality is perfectly suited for this position. She takes a very exciting, yet stressful process and makes it easy. She was available around the clock and takes you through every step of the process without ever making you feel like your asking a ridiculous question. You feel like you're the only customer even though she is working with many clients at the same time. I have and will continue to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

We could not have been more satisfied! Nicole was able to deliver on every promise. She told us that she would be able to sell our house in a week and we would get asking price. Seven days later, we had a contract for full asking price. Her best quality is her communication. She kept us up-to-date every step of the way. Even during closing, she texted me play-by-play. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone. Having a talk show also adds to her credibility. She told me all along to relax and not to worry; she would handle everything, and she did!

Nicole, apart from her pleasant personality she completely went above and beyond what is necessary to assist me with the purchase. As I was in Arizona much of the time (house in Illinois) she went out of her way to communicate and keep me posted on developments...I'd give her 10 stars if I could!!! Oh wait I just did lol

If there was the ability to give 10 stars my wife and I would. As anyone has experienced selling and buying a home can be very stressful. Working with Nicole took a great deal of that stress away. Whenever we had a question (and it was often) Nicole answered in a flash. She knows everyone in the industry and that helped out a ton because she was able to get answers quickly. She sold our house in a matter of weeks at a price very near our asking (I think it ended up being 98% of our asking). If you want an agent that is experienced, is always there for you, knows the in & outs of this industry and you want to sell your house she is 100% the one to work with. I literally have no cons of working with Nicole. I did not know Nicole prior to wanting to sell our house and she took care of us like we were a family. She is the absolute best!!!!

The five star rating does not work for Nicole as she goes well above and beyond five stars. Nicole was someone we met by accident and she has taken our needs and made them her goal to be sure we get the house we need. Nicole has been as inspiration in our choices and decisions helping us see things we were not thinking about - which I am sure only comes from her experience and expertise in the field. Her infectious laughter and warm smile made the entire process nothing short of a delight. In the words of my kids, she is Awsome! I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone and have already passed her card onto my neighbor who was impressed by the way our sale was handled so timely and professionally.
