You were an excellent real estate agent . You were extremely helpful to us in following through with all phases of selling the apartment building. Nicole, you gave us advice in how to show the building to its best advantage. If we had a question or ran into a problem you helped us you by responding promptly. Even after the closing was over and we were no longer the owners, you helped the tenants when their power was shut off. You made sure everything was fine for the tenants. We are second time clients of Nicole. She helped us purchase our first home back in 2018 knowing it would be a starter home and she was confident we would be able to sell it in the future. I wish there was a 6 star option!! Nicole was the perfect person to walk my fiancee and I through our first home buying experience. She was honest with us through the whole process. She was incredibly responsive to our needs and questions. She was flexible with my fiancee's swing shift schedule and made sure we got the chance to see the houses we wanted to see in a timely manner.
