Nicole came to me from the great selection process from Baird & Warner. From reviews of great real estate companies in Illinois, Baird & Warner showed up in the top tier. Speaking to those at the corporate office, they asked what kind of properties I was seeking (investment) and if I would be occupying them (no) or buying/renting them out (renting). From these questions, they looked into their database of real estate brokers to determine which one would be the best to service my needs. (Name drop Nicole.) From the bat, Nicole's expertise of Illinois' friendly owner/renter-occupied neighborhoods was amazing; as her reputation across various real estate rating platforms will support. Immediately she provided the best professional referrals in the industry - better than I could find through doing "homework" of online resources and back-to-back cold calling - of mortgage lenders, real estate attorneys, and potential property management brokers. Within the first or second lead for each area, I was in contact with the best company to best service me and could cater to my specific needs. The mortgage lender I went with (through Nicole) provided the best interest rates for investors seeking a conventional 30-year loan with a low down payment and interest options better than any of the lenders I was able to get in contact with. The real estate attorney and team she also selected was there for me to provide representation; legal advice; and at all times, there to support my buyer's interest and trustfully sign on my behalf. As for the property inspection team she personally paid for, they were able to provide detailed reports for both an initial review of the property and after all the seller's remediations were completed. Lastly, the property management company I chose through her has been continuously great with their communication, correspondence, and service for an out-of-state investor as myself. Without a doubt, I will be working with Nicole. (We are actually working on another set of unit acquisitions at the moment.) All the compliments I've written above about the professional services she has recommended and I've used throughout this transaction, I can honestly say about her in a similar fashion. Nicole was awesome! I enjoyed working with her, she was very knowledgeable and resourceful. Nicole helped me sell my old house and buy a new one. I had to change my lender 3 weeks before my closing date. Thanks to Nicole I was able to get my loan approved and completed 1 week before my closing date. Nicole was very passionate and helpful, I enjoyed working with her and her team. I will work with Nicole again in the near future, she was EXCELLENT and she knows her job well!
