As a first time home sell, we needed a lot of help. Nicole was wonderful. She held our hands throughout the entire procedure. She visited our home, took pictures & suggested a selling price. Nicole marketed our home on the internet & arranged tours for interested buyer. Nicole then guided us through analyzing the 14 offers. As first time home buyers, we knew we needed a real estate agent who had market knowledge, clear communication skills, and our best interest mind. Nicole fit the bill--and then some!
