Nicole was the most thorough, detail-oriented and accommodating realtor I have ever worked with. Nicole dedicated much time to helping me look at not just houses, but neighborhoods, hospitals, and schools. Nicole has a fine eye for detail, as she did not just want to sell me a house but to make sure the house was the right fit for me. Also Nicole was highly responsive and called or texted me immediately. Nicole was always updating the list of available houses to fit my needs. I cannot say enough good about Nicole Meding as a professional agent and a person. Nicole is personable and will fight for you as a client to make sure you are getting a high quality home that meets your specific needs.

Nicole helped us find not one, but 2 beautiful homes in very short order back in 2009. We sold our home with a make me move listing off Zillow but had to be out in 4 weeks. Nicole helped us locate a really beautiful home in my desired area of Germantown, TN, but we ended up in a bidding war with  an unscrupulous realtor on the other side and let that one go. Now we had less time and could not find anything in our area and were contemplating a double move into temporary housing until we could find something. Nicole urged us to contemplate a home 2 miles away in neighboring Collierville which I was dead set against. With my wife and Nicole tag teaming to get me through the door, I am so glad she was so insistent! What she was able to find was a transferred owners 1yr old custom built dream home with all of the upgrades including a state of the art Creston audio distribution system and upgrades galore. Nicole worked through the details to get us a quick close, great price and helped negotiate a price reduction when the owners tried to take some of the permanent fixtures with them. All in all a great experience, very professional and a wonderful house warming gift on closing. Jon D
