How I bless the day we were put in touch with Nicole Meding! She recently assisted me and my husband in the sale of our home in Naperville and purchase of a new residence in Orland Park. During the entire proceedings she was highly professional, exhibiting knowledge of the current markets in both areas, attentive to details and our needs, responsive at all times of the day and evening, and available to answer questions and assist throughout the process. She had excellent suggestions and on more than one occasion advocated for us for appropriate action and/or reasonable and/or reduced fees from ancillary service providers (mortgage lender, home association personnel, home inspectors, other agents, and attorney).
