Best experience ever Nicole helped in every way if you have a question she has the answer or will find the answer. She encouraged me to check the property for radon which I would not have done otherwise it had above average levels and she incorporated the repair into the deal really can't ask for more.. she was on top of everything going on with both deals the entire time.. thank you so much Nicole

I don't have enough superlatives to describe the service I received from Nicole Meding, my realtor, when I sold my house. She came into my life, and to my rescue, at a very difficult time I was facing and showed me how to calm down and become knowledge of what was necessary to sell my house. She is a true professional but yet keeps the needs of her client in the forefront. For every roadblock I faced she patiently explained how to overcome it, and she supported me on all my decisions. Nicole went above and beyond what was expected including being available to me at all times. She had a plan on how to sell during a period when due to rampant virus, stringent restrictions were confronted by both a seller and buyers. At all times she kept my safety paramount yet was welcoming to prospective buyers. I was so pleased with her services that I have recommended her to my sister and many friends who anticipate selling their homes. I hope Baird&Warner appreciates what a gem you have in Nicole. During the entire proceedings she was highly professional, exhibiting knowledge of the current markets in both areas, attentive to details and our needs, responsive at all times of the day and evening, and available to answer questions and assist throughout the process.
