From the initial meeting at my home, to the closing on the rapid sale, I knew that she was supporting our plan and was instrumental in securing an offer over the asking price. Nicole is skillful and experienced but more importantl to me, she is understanding of the "human" side of selling and moving. Working with Nicole was a Godsend. It's a rare occurrence to find someone that is willing to go the distance to sell your house, and is as committed to getting it sold as you are. Her energy and effervescence was everlasting, her negotiating skills top notch, and her dedication to us as clients cannot be replaced . Through trials, tribulations, and unexpected medical conditions, she stuck with us and took on the responsibility of overseeing all that had to be done. Look no further....Nicole truly is the BEST real estate agent EVER! She is a very professional, confident, and intelligent person who goes above and beyond the call of duty! But it was her compassionate and authentic nature that won our trust. Selling our beautiful home where we raised our three sons was very emotional for me, and Nicole was so patient and understanding through the whole process. Most realtors would have run from me! (LOL) We have bought and sold homes in the past and it has always been incredibly stressful, but Nicole's expertise in real estate and excellent communication made an experience we were dreading seem effortless and pleasant!!
