Nicole Meding did a fantastic job throughout our 18month relationship. We found a home that we love this May in a very difficult market. However, her greatest strength is her dedication to her clients during the transaction process. We had several challenges from other parties during the sale and purchase processes. Nicole stepped in time and again to solve problems caused by others, and actually do their jobs when they would fall short. We would have never succeeded just allowing the process to take its course. Nicole was so helpful to us!! She gave us advice about staging our house that was very helpful. She waited for months for us to get the house ready with no pressure. even though it left us putting the house on the market late in the season, because she knew we needed the time. She held 2 open houses to try to get interest in the house. When the house did sell, she was there to answer our questions and help expedite the process. Nicole is a lovely person who always demonstrates her high moral standards. We appreciate having her be our realtor!
